Wade Sutton
Mentor - Managing Effective Team Meetings

 

Wade Sutton brings experience from working in the nonprofit, finance and private sector together. He built and managed a micro loan program for a nonprofit chamber of commerce, which combined his work as a top producing commercial loan officer with his experience as an entrepreneur. For six years, he traveled extensively, training investors how to navigate the derivatives market through facilitating more than 3,000 hours of seminars. Wade has also worked at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in their talent and organizational design team, where he oversaw curriculum, and trained on engagement initiatives. Wade redesigned the annual review process for supervisors at Delphi. The training has been made mandatory for all supervisors, which impacts 160,000 employees around the world.

Robert McCracken

Robert McCracken worked for nine years as an Account Manager for Clear Channel radio and was responsible for generating an average of $700,000 in revenue each year. He prospected for new business, developed strong relationships with existing clients, and created custom marketing solutions for clients of all sizes in industries such as retail, quick serve restaurants, entertainment, and banking. Robert served four years in the U.S. Army and attained the rank of Sergeant. He worked in positions of leadership as a team leader in the field in Haiti and in the U.S. Embassy in Barbados. Robert completed an internship with AGCO, a leading global agricultural machinery company, where he managed and sold a global strategic account management program to senior management with a projected five year increase of $1.4 billion dollars in incremental new business revenue. He has 19 years of experience living and working overseas.

Yasuhiko Tokunaga

Yasuhiko Tokunaga has worked at a consulting company in Japan. His rich consulting experience spans across projects related to general strategy, IT strategy, project management strategy, project management office implementation, and BPR, across a variety of industries such as nuclear power plant maker, pharmaceuticals, auto, electronics, and government.  He has also worked as an “Operations Specialist” at a mobile gaming company in Japan, where he improved the operations speed of B-to-B customer support team, integrated customer support operations and systems between the US team and Japan team, developed trategy to improve B-to-C customer support quality under limited budget. He has also managed CRM systems, which had over 150,000 inquiries/month. Over the summer, he was working as an MBA intern to develop the marketing strategy of Sports Fashion department at Amazon Japan. 

Mahesh Deshpande

Mahesh Deshpande has 5 years of technology consulting experience in providing IT solutions to pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. He has executed several big data migration projects and has expertise in fields of data mining and business intelligence reporting. He has experience of leading cloud based website development projects. During summer he interned as a Business Analyst Intern at a Singapore based strategic marketing consulting firm which specializing in B2B consulting. His market research explored the dynamics between Indian commercial vehicles industry and engine oil lubricants industry, and has helped the company in increasing its presence in the subcontinent.
